Your video script should read similarly to a thank you note. This script thanks the donor by name and mentions their specific donation. The script also mentions what the association will do with the donation and how the donor is helping the association meet their goals.
With videos, you can play around with your tone and choose if you want to make it more friendly or professional. When speaking aloud, you can typically use more casual language than if you were writing a note. Encourage the person who is recording themselves to customize the script to best fit their voice.
